Using the life story of the leader as a framework for discovery, I mentor and coach leaders towards what is next for their lives by examining 4 needful paradigms leaders constantly engage in:
DIRECTION, DECISIONS, DEFINITION, DEEPENING.The mentoring-coaching structure:
- All sessions are on zoom. (Personal in-person sessions can be arranged)
- Duration: 6 sessions
- Time: 60-90min per session
- Frequency: to be determined

Born in Singapore, Alan is married to Susie from Canada and they have two children and two grand-children who all reside in North America. That is their main reason for being in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Alan and Susie are with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) spending the last 44 years in Micronesia, Singapore, Indonesia and North America.Alan presently coordinates Ywam’s Asia Leaders Learning Community focused on equipping, connecting and resourcing Ywam’s leaders in Asia and the Pacific. He has a Master of Arts in Global Leadership (MAGL, Fuller Seminary) and is a certified Leadership Development coach with LeaderBreakthru.
